1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Tiempo Visa ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Tiempo Visa provides immigration consulting services including:
- Immigration consultations and assessments
- Application preparation and submission services
- Document review and verification
- Representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- Advisory services on Canadian immigration pathways
3. Professional Regulation
Our immigration consultants are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). We adhere to the CICC Code of Professional Ethics and are bound by professional standards of conduct, competence, and confidentiality.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Submit all required documents in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information
- Pay all fees and government processing fees as agreed
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
- Comply with all Canadian immigration laws and regulations
5. Fees and Payment
Our fees are outlined in the service agreement provided during consultation. Payment terms include:
- Consultation fees are due at the time of booking
- Service fees are typically paid in installments as outlined in your agreement
- Government fees are additional and paid directly to authorities
- Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we strive for excellence and prepare applications with meticulous care, we cannot guarantee approval of any immigration application. Final decisions rest with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant authorities. Our services constitute professional preparation and representation, not guaranteed results.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information as required by professional regulations and privacy laws. Information is disclosed only with your consent, to government authorities as required for applications, or as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiempo Visa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- We may terminate if you fail to provide required information or payment
- We may terminate if you provide false or misleading information
- You may terminate at any time with written notice (subject to refund policy)
- Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tiempo Visa and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
